Moose Loon AI — Now Hiring Sales Associates & Supervisors (Kenya-Wide)

Start Date: Immediately after completing the Moose Loon AI Training Program**
Moose Loon AI Solutions — a Canadian-based AI company — has officially expanded into Kenya to empower local and national businesses with modern AI solutions.
Nationwide sub-offices will be established across all counties by 2026, and we are now recruiting motivated individuals to join our growing Sales Team.
No prior AI experience is required. Full training is provided.
Available Positions (Kenya-Wide)
1. Sales Associates
2. Sales Supervisors
Orientation & Onboarding
• Nairobi Team: In-person onboarding
• All Other Regions: Digital onboarding
Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities
• Present Moose Loon AI solutions clearly to clients
• Guide clients through onboarding and explain next steps
• Maintain accurate monthly reports and ensure timely submission
• Take mandatory AI Sales Training because you cannot confidently represent Moose Loon AI without knowing its Business Solutions
• Attend Capacity-Building Sessions:
• Every Saturday
• East Africa Time: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Toronto (EST): 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
• Able to travel to Moose Loon AI Headquarters for major events (Transport + accommodation provided)
Qualifications / What We Look For
• Self-motivated, punctual, reliable, and disciplined
• Professional behavior and willingness to learn
• English: Primary language for training and communication
• Swahili & local languages: An advantage, but not mandatory

Sales Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and support a regional team of Sales Associates
• Set performance targets and monitor weekly/monthly results
• Ensure monthly reports are submitted on time
• Ensure team compliance with sales scripts, standards, and reporting rules
• Coordinate regional outreach and lead-generation activities
• Act as the communication link between the field team and central management
• Facilitate internal training and capacity-building for associates
• Able to travel to Moose Loon AI Headquarters for major events (Transport + accommodation provided)
Qualifications / What We Look For
• Leadership and mentoring capability
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Basic digital/data literacy
• English: Primary communication language
• Swahili & local languages: An advantage, but not mandatory
• Able to travel to neighboring countries to represent Moose Loon AI (Accommodation and transport provided)
• Reliability, integrity, and high professionalism

Training Requirement (Mandatory for All Applicants)
There are no exams or tests during or after the training. The purpose of the training is to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in AI-powered Business Solutions.
