Job Summary
You will be responsible for introducing property owners and real estate companies to our advanced Property Management System. This system facilitates the efficient and effective billing of utilities for both residential and commercial properties with sub-metering.
Your primary objective will be to secure sign-ups for the platform. This role offers 100% reimbursable field expenses and is commission-based, with both field and remote work opportunities.
- Minimum Qualification : Certificate
- Experience Level : Mid level in real estate and property management
Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Promote our Property Management System to potential users through calls, presentations, social media, events, and networking.
- Identify property owners and real estate companies and onboard them to the platform.
- Share client feedback with your supervisor

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or marketing experience and track record
- Familiarity with the Real Estate / Property Management industry.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and committed.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently
